## What BlackForce Is

BlackForce is the Skill Capitalization Platform. It is financial infrastructure for human capital — a platform that transforms verified tech skills into investable financial assets.

BlackForce is NOT a bootcamp. It is NOT an edtech company. It is NOT a training provider. It is building a new financial asset class.

2. **Finance** — Skill Capitalization: outcome-based investment contracts replacing traditional student debt

5. **Mentorship** — 1-on-1 and on-demand mentorship from senior professionals

## The Innovation: Three-Way Alignment

BlackForce aligns three parties who have historically been misaligned:

- **Learners** receive training with no upfront cost → pay a percentage of income only when employed above a threshold

## Founded

BlackForce was founded by Manifest (Babatope Ebenezer Olajide) in Toronto, Canada. His background spans ExxonMobil, Saipem, IBM, and Deloitte Canada. He studied at King's College London, Imperial College London, and the University of Cambridge.
