We believe Black talent is the most undervalued asset class in the world.
BlackForce is building the financial infrastructure to change that. We transform verified tech skills into investable capital assets, creating sustainable career pathways for Black and ethnic minority professionals through a Human + Agents workforce model.

Replace with your image
To eliminate the financial barriers that prevent talented Black and ethnic minority professionals from accessing world-class tech training and career opportunities.
We do this through continuous professional development, structured cohort-based learning, early stage career development for youths, and a university preparatory academy for teens. These pathways lead to outcome-based financing, AI-powered skill development, and an integrated career pipeline that connects learners directly with employers. Our model offsets initial debt with investment. You only pay when you succeed.
A world where skills, not just credentials, determine economic mobility and career success for Black professionals globally.
We envision a global talent economy where human capability is measured, capitalised, and invested in with the same rigour as any other asset class. Where AI agents and human professionals work side by side. Where Black and ethnic minority communities have fair, funded access to the tech careers they deserve. The gap was never talent. It was opportunity.
Skill Capitalization
The BlackForce Skill Capitalization Pivot is a strategic shift in how we approach talent development and financing for Black and ethnic minority communities. Instead of relying on traditional education financing like credit cards, upfront payments, loans, grants, or scholarships, we turn future earning potential into an investable asset.
Skills, not just credentials, become capital assets. Investors fund a person's training. Individuals receive funding in exchange for a share of future income or hiring rights. This creates an entirely new financial asset class, where skills, quantified and valuated by AI, can be traded, funded, and leveraged.
From a WhatsApp group to a talent economy.
BlackForce Founded
During the pandemic, Babatope Olajide saw Black professionals losing jobs and struggling to break into tech. He started teaching Salesforce for free after work. No business plan, no funding. Just a laptop and a WhatsApp group. Cohort 0 launched from his living room in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Virtual Growth
Cohorts grew rapidly as word spread organically. At one point, over 400 people attended a single training session. BlackForce reached learners across Canada, the UK, and West Africa, all fully virtual from day one.
Multi-Track Expansion
It was clear the model worked beyond Salesforce Administration. We introduced multiple career tracks: Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Project Management, and launched the CPD programme for working professionals.
COHORT Programme Launch
Launch of the structured COHORT intensive programme with internships and hackathons. The community grew stronger with group mentorship, buddy systems, and Demo Days that became a hallmark of the BlackForce experience.
5,000+ Graduates & Youth
Milestone reached: over 5,000 graduates globally. Launched paid work experience pathways and announced the Early Stage Career Development programme for youth aged 18 to 25.
Ventures & UPA Launch
Student-built ventures launched through COHORT in partnership with MicroAgent AI Dev Lab, including Career Coach AI, Loyal Card Marketplace, and Slavo AI. Announced the University Preparatory Academy (UPA) for teens 13 to 18.
The Skill Capitalization Pivot
Strategic pivot to Skill Capitalization. Building financial infrastructure for human capital with outcome-based financing, AI skill valuation, and the Human + Agents workforce model.
The principles that guide everything we build.
Outcome Over Output
We measure success by career outcomes: job placements, salary increases, and business launches. Not certificates or course completions.
Shared Risk, Shared Reward
Our financing model means everyone, investors, learners, and employers, succeeds together or not at all.
Access Without Barriers
Minimal to zero upfront cost. No geographic restrictions on ambition. Fair access to tech careers for Black and ethnic minority communities worldwide.
Human + Agents
We train people to work alongside AI, not be replaced by it. Every programme integrates agent-augmented workflows and AI skill development.
Data-Driven Trust
Transparent analytics for all stakeholders. Real-time dashboards, verified skill profiles, and measurable outcomes. Investors see exactly where their capital goes.
Continuous Growth
Learning never stops. From CPD for working professionals to lifelong mentorship, we invest in Black talent at every stage of their career journey.
