Babatope Ebenezer Olajide
Founder & CEO, BlackForce Inc.
Babatope Olajide is the Founder and CEO of BlackForce Inc., a Canada-based educational technology and workforce development platform built on one core belief: talent is universal, but opportunity is not.
Through BlackForce, Babatope equips Black and Ethnic Minority professionals with in-demand technology skills and sustainable pathways into the global tech workforce. Over five years, the platform has supported more than 5,000 learners across Canada, the United States, and Africa, combining structured technical training, career mentorship, and hands-on work experience to deliver measurable outcomes. Many alumni have progressed into high-paying roles and long-term careers.
Babatope has over 10 years of progressive technical experience across a broad range of Engineering and IT engagements. He is an experienced web programmer and enjoys technology-driven business ideas. His interests are specifically towards the use of cloud technologies to simplify, automate, and improve business processes and operations.
He has worked as well as implemented Engineering and Salesforce Solutions with various organizations such as ExxonMobil, Saipem, TCS, RBC, BMO, Roche and presently works as an Independent Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant. In his spare time, Babatope teaches Salesforce for FREE and encourages Black professionals to get into the Salesforce ecosystem.
Babatope holds a First Class Honours degree from King's College London, a Master's degree from Imperial College London, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge, England, United Kingdom.
