Earn While You Build Your Career

Top-performing graduates are selected for paid placements with BlackForce partner organisations. Work on live client projects, earn real compensation, and build the professional track record that leads to permanent employment.

Benefits

What paid work experience gives you.

Beyond compensation, paid placements build the professional credibility that accelerates your career.

Real Compensation

Earn a salary or stipend while working on professional projects. Compensation varies by placement, but all paid positions provide meaningful income during your career development phase.

Live Client Projects

Work on production-grade projects with real clients and stakeholders. This is not a simulation. You are delivering professional work that impacts real organisations.

Professional References

Receive verified professional references from your placement supervisors and BlackForce mentors. These references carry significant weight with employers in the Salesforce and tech ecosystem.

Employer Marketplace Priority

Paid work experience graduates receive priority listing on the BlackForce employer marketplace. Your verified project experience and performance data are highlighted to hiring companies.

FAQ

Work experience questions.

Selection is based on internship performance, certification achievements, mentor recommendations, community engagement, and availability. Not all internship graduates will receive paid placements. The number of available positions depends on employer partner demand and project availability.
Paid work experience placements typically range from 3 to 6 months, though some may be shorter or longer depending on the project and employer partner requirements. Duration is confirmed at the point of placement.
Compensation varies by placement, role, location, and employer partner. BlackForce negotiates fair compensation on your behalf. Specific salary or stipend details are provided when a placement offer is made.
For learners on a BlackForce tuition or accommodation loan, paid work experience income can help offset living costs and contribute to loan repayment. For learners on Skill Capitalization agreements, paid work experience income may activate the earnings share agreement. Terms depend on your individual financing arrangement.
Yes. Many paid work experience placements lead to permanent employment offers. BlackForce encourages this outcome. If you receive a permanent offer from your placement employer, BlackForce supports the transition.
All programme graduates are still supported through the employer marketplace, ongoing mentorship, and career placement services. Paid work experience is one pathway to employment, but not the only one. Many graduates secure roles directly through the marketplace without a paid placement stage.
