For learners on a BlackForce tuition or accommodation loan, paid work experience income can help offset living costs and contribute to loan repayment. For learners on Skill Capitalization agreements, paid work experience income may activate the earnings share agreement. Terms depend on your individual financing arrangement.

Yes. Many paid work experience placements lead to permanent employment offers. BlackForce encourages this outcome. If you receive a permanent offer from your placement employer, BlackForce supports the transition.

All programme graduates are still supported through the employer marketplace, ongoing mentorship, and career placement services. Paid work experience is one pathway to employment, but not the only one. Many graduates secure roles directly through the marketplace without a paid placement stage.
